Derek B. Thomas

Derek is a pastor, teacher, and founder of the Foundations Discipleship Pathway, a ministry devoted to strengthening churches through sound biblical doctrine and practical discipleship. Known for his clear, passionate, and Christ-centered preaching, he has devoted his life to helping pastors and leaders rediscover the beauty of faithfulness in small-church ministry.

Derek serves as the lead pastor of Global Impact Church. He teaches regularly on doctrine, leadership, and spiritual formation. He also creates discipleship curricula called Iron Men, Refined Women, and Untangling Faith. His message is simple: trust and faithfulness are success in the eyes of God.

This site exists to equip believers and churches with biblically sound, Christ-centered teaching that grounds faith, strengthens discipleship, and anchors lives in God’s truth.
